What data we process

This website is an informational showcase: it contains no tracking systems, profiling cookies or analytics tools. The only personal data we may receive is what you voluntarily send us by writing to our email address (for example your name, email address and the content of your message) and, if you choose to use it, the email address left in the video course notification form described below.

Purpose and legal basis

Data received by email is processed solely to reply to enquiries and manage any resulting pre-contractual or contractual relationship (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and under our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Video course notification form

The Training page includes an optional form where you can leave your email address to be notified when the video course is published. The address is processed only to send you that single notification, on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); it is not shared with third parties nor used for newsletters or marketing, and it is kept at most until the notification is sent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@maber-solutions.it, in which case the address is deleted immediately. The data resides on the hosting described below and in the controller's mailbox.

Retention

Data is kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, plus any period required by law.

Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. on servers located in the European Union. As with any website, the provider's systems may record technical browsing data (server logs, IP addresses) for security and service operation purposes.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling or third-party cookies. The only local storage is your language preference (Italian/English), saved exclusively in your browser and never transmitted to us or to third parties. Fonts are embedded in the website and involve no requests to third-party servers.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights set out in articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@maber-solutions.it. The right to contact the competent supervisory authority remains unaffected.
